Earlier in the day I caught a 10pound Carp, feeling lucky, I thought I would try and hunt for a Rabbit in the evening. It was an equally as successful trip and I bagged myself a Rabbit for the dish. I obviously am clueless about preparing a Rabbit so left that to my good friend Archie to show me the ropes and then I delivered it to my mother the very next day, with a big grin on my face!

- Singapore is a melting pot of cultures from all over the world. This rare mix of 5 million people in an area the size of London, has lead to a vast array of culinary experiences. As a bit of a foodie, I plan on experiencing as much of this as possible! Plus, as a designer I will be capturing any creative or just intriguing products, packaging and retail outlets I see a long my journey. Enjoy.

Fresh...Rabbit Paella
My Dad makes a mean Paella, but like all great men he would be lost without his wife, my Mum, who provided the finest ingredients; Scallops, Prawns, Chicken, Chorizo, Saffron. However, after a day out in the country at a friends house I thought I would add an important ingredient to the traditional Spanish Paella... Rabbit!
